At Duckworth Studio, I'm dedicated to getting your unique print-on-demand products and original artwork to you safely and efficiently. Here's what you need to know about my shipping process.
Processing Times
The time it takes to prepare your order for shipment varies depending on the type of product:
Print-on-Demand Products
These items are custom-made just for you, so please allow up to 7 business days for processing before your order ships.
Original Art
Each piece of original art is carefully packaged to ensure its safe arrival. Please allow 2 business days for processing before shipment.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
I ship both domestically and internationally. I primarily use UPS and USPS for my shipments. While I generally use one main shipping method, I aim for a balance of reliability and reasonable cost.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, here are the estimated delivery times:
Domestic (Within the US): You can expect your package to arrive within 3-7 business days.
International: Delivery typically takes 7-21 business days. Please note that international shipments may experience customs delays, which are beyond my control.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking information is provided for some orders. If tracking is available for your specific shipment, you'll receive it via email once your order has dispatched.
International Customs, Duties, & Taxes
For all international orders, please be aware that you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied by your country's customs office. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
I take great care in packaging your items, but unforeseen issues can occur during transit.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please first contact the shipping carrier (UPS or USPS) to file a claim.
After contacting the carrier, please also contact me directly at hello@maxduckworth.com with your order number and details of the issue. I'll do my best to assist you in resolving the situation.
